Silvia is an incredibly kind, thoughtful, and empathetic reiki practitioner and I would recommend that everyone go to her for their reiki services. I tried reiki for the first time with Silvia two years ago. I was in the process of completing a highly stressful PhD program and dealing with overwhelming anxiety. Her services helped give me some much-needed respite and improved sleep (my sleep was most negatively impacted in the last year and a half of the program). She always takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. At the end of each service, she lets me know which of my chakras are closed vs. open, which gives me an idea of how I can improve my emotional and spiritual wellness overall (like using targeted stretches, affirmations, or other activities to help open specific chakras). Since that first session, I’ve gone back to Silvia multiple times. Give her a try and you won’t regret it.
